SK | Music & Remastering Opens Discussions with Dirty Workz Music for Strategic Streaming and Trigger Music with the IMVU Metaverse Platform.

In August 2022 SK | Music & Remastering re-opened a dialog with Hardstyle label Dirty Workz for the distribution of their music offering within the IMVU (NetEASE) gaming platform. Dirty Workz, founded in 2006, has become the home to many popular Hardstyle artists such as Coone, Psyko Punkz, Da Tweekaz, Isaac, Josh & Wesz, Hard Driver, Wasted Penguinz, and many more. The proposed agreement will require SK | Music & Remastering to enhance all approved audio to AURO3d, Dolby Atmos 9.2.6, Sony 360, and AMBI sound profiles for distribution as streamable playlist music, MP3/WAV download, and member shop trigger music. Contingent upon formalization and mutual discussions, all distribution will be retained by SK | Music & Remastering, while IMVU will serve as the distribution platform and Dirty Workz will receive an agreed upon royalty.

Leveraging on its prior successes with establishing distribution agreements within the IMVU platform, SK | Music & Remastering is excited to bring the Dirty Workz music line to IMVU as a licensed product within August-September 2022 (given contract formalization and agreement). SK Music & Remastering looks forward to this new possible business venture with Dirty Workz Music into the IMVU Metaverse. SK | Music & Remastering Enters into and Exclusive 3-Year Distribution Agreement with Bandora Records for Strategic Streaming and Trigger Music with the IMVU Metaverse Platform. (Contract No.: 000213-22-0059648Y)

On August 4th 2022 SK | Music & Remastering and Bandora Records entered into a 3-year auto renewing sole source and exclusive distribution agreement of the Bandora Records music line within the IMVU gaming platform (under Contract Number 000213-22-0059648Y). Under the agreement, SK Music & Remastering will handle all IMVU music shop stream and download authorizations and independently sell the Bandora Records line of Psytrance Music within the IMVU member shop as trigger music. All music under this agreement will require SK | Music & Remastering to enhance and remaster Bandora Records audio files to AURO3d, Dolby Atmos 9.2.6, Sony 360, and AMBI prior to distribution release.

SK | Music & Remastering will launch its product line within August 2022 under its license agreement and looks forward to bringing Bandora Records product line to a new audience, while offering IMVU members officially licensed and authorized music products. This organization advances the copyright interests of authors, photographers, performers, artists, software developers, musicians, journalists, directors, songwriters, game designers, and many other individual creators. Their sole purpose is to ensure the progression of creative protections by advocating policies that promote and preserve the value of copyright and to protecting the rights of creators and innovators. SK Music & Remastering Applies for its Audio/Video License with Dolby Laboratories

On December 27th 2021, SK Music & Remastering reach a benchmark standard meeting all of the required criteria to formally apply for its Dolby Laboratories License. The benefit of formal licensing ensures that all customers (current and potential) are assured that the materials and services provided by SK | Music & Remastering are officially sanctioned, approved, developed, and backed by the Dolby Laboratories Licensing standards.

As part of the application, SK Music & Remastering is applying for authorization to:

Agreement for Encoded Content and Media: This authorization will permit SK Music & Remastering unrestricted use of the Dolby trademarks on all products and services it delivers. All released content released post approval will carry the Dolby logo and assurances that it was recorded, remastered, or encoded with Dolby Technologies approved media and methods. Encoded media and services will be permitted to use Dolby trailers at the beginning of any broadcasts, games, music, audio, or video programs it services.

Agreement Motion Picture Service Agreement (MPSA): This authorization will permit SK Music & Remastering the authorization to support the creation of motion picture(s) to be released in Dolby Digital audio. As New York is full of small production companies, SK Music & Remastering is looking to bring an affordable and licensed Dolby service to the New York small arts and production community.

SK Music & Remastering Teams with an Independent Contributor and Philanthropist to Support of a classical music collection donation for the Musée de la Musique, Philharmonie de Paris (Paris France).

On October 27^th, 2021, SK Music & Remastering, a New York, U.S.A. based music and audio remastering specialty company has successfully tendered and been down-selected by an independent and private contributor and philanthropist to support a musical donation to the Musée de la Musique, Philharmonie de Paris (Paris France). The scope of work requires SK Music & Remastering to reconstruct, enhance, and restore over 197 classical compositions privately held in private collection since World War II-prior to their turn over and award to the Musée de la Musique, Philharmonie de Paris, France.

The composers embodied within SK Music & Remastering’s work scope include such renown composers as Claude Debussy, Jules Massenet, Jean-Phillipe Rameau, and Marc-Antoine Charpentier amongst many others. Projected to start in December 2021, SK Music & Remastering looks forward to restoring these accomplished works and bringing a new dimension of sound to these classical works that only SK Music & Remastering can imagine and provide. The projected length of this contract is set for 17 months and valued over € 101,000 and marks milestone for SK Music & Remastering, becoming its first official commercial restoration contract.
